The Downtown Area Shuttle (DASH) is a free bus service in Grand Rapids, designed to help residents and visitors move around the downtown area conveniently. With frequent buses arriving every 15 minutes, DASH makes it easy to access key destinations without the hassle of driving or parking.

Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM

Saturday: 11:00 AM – 1:00 AM

Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Note: DASH operates every 15 minutes during these times.

Area 7 and Area 9 Parking Lots: Located on the west side, these lots are serviced by the WORK Commuter Shuttle, connecting parkers to downtown. The shuttle operates Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM, with pickups every 15 minutes.
